Обґрунтування програми з фізичного виховання навчальної секції “Спортивне орієнтування” для студентів технічних спеціальностей

Рассмотрена возможность применения средств спортивного ориентирования в процессе физического воспитания студентов технических специальностей с целью улучшения их профессионально-прикладной физической подготовки. Разработана и теоретически обоснована авторская программа по физическому воспитанию учебной секции «Спортивное ориентирование». Программа рассчитана на четыре этапа подготовки, исходя из требований к учебной деятельности студентов в вузе. Раскрыты структура и содержание занятий по спортивному ориентированию.
