Сенсомоторна координація спортсменів, які займаються художньою гімнастикою на етапі спеціалізованої базової підготовки

Представлены результаты исследования сенсомоторной координации спортсменок, специализирующихся в художественной гимнастике, на этапе специализированной базовой подготовки, которые в определенной степени соответствуют их двигательной и технической подготовленности. Установлено, что для управляемого развития и усовершенствования сенсомоторной координации юных гимнасток необходим качественный отбор современных технологий индивидуальной и групповой подготовки при четко поставленных целях.Посилання
