Сучасні підходи до підвищення загальної фізичної роботоздатності курсантів у процесі їх фізичної підготовки

Анотація

Визначено та розкрито проблеми пошуку найбільш ефективних засобів та методів, які сприятимуть розвитку фізичної роботоздатності курсантів, що допоможе у підготовці висококваліфікованого спеціаліста. Розглянуто проблеми визначення поняття, засоби та методи розвитку роботоздатності курсантів у навчально-виховному процесі профільних закладів вищої освіти. Визначено фізичні якості курсантів, які будуть впливати на підвищення рівня роботоздатності у процесі занять фізичною культурою. Проаналізовано діяльність курсантів протягом навчально-трудового дня. Мета. Виявити оптимальні підходи до підвищення рівня фізичної підготовленості та роботоздатності курсантів. Методи. Опитування, анкетування, спостереження, аналіз отриманих результатів. Результати. Виявлено основні фактори, що впливають на загальну роботоздатність курсантів, фактори впливу особливостей проведення навчально-трудового дня на самопочуття курсантів, встановлено найбільш ефективні засоби та методи їх фізичної підготовки. Для вирішення проблеми збереження здоров’я та підвищення рівня роботоздатності було запропоновано концепцію створення системи професійноорієнтовного навчального процесу, спрямованого на формування здорового способу життя.
