Соціально-гуманістичні засади адаптивного спорту як складової адаптивної фізичної культури

Раскрывается социально-гуманистический потенциал адаптивного спорта как один из компонентов адаптивной физической культуры. На основе анализа научных источников определены способы повышения уровня социальной интеграции лиц с инвалидностью. Оценен вклад адаптивного спорта в реализацию целей развития тысячелетия. На основании анализа ряда документов доказано значительное внимание представителей различных международных сообществ к важности занятий спортом лиц с инвалидностью. Доказано, что популярность адаптивного спорта, его физический, социальный, гуманистический и экономический потенциал выступают в качестве идеального инструмента для снижения стигмы, связанной с инвалидностью, а также способствуют социализации, независимости, расширению возможностей и полноценной социальной интеграции лиц с инвалидностью.Посилання
