Застосування засобів фізичної реабілітації у спортсменів ігрових видів спорту після реконструкції передньої схрещеної зв’язки (на прикладі дослідження тонусу чотириголового м’яза стегна)

Установлено, что снижение опорной нагрузки на травмированную конечность и ограничение движений в коленном суставе вследствие иммобилизации и развития контрактуры в постоперационных периодах приводят к трофическим изменениям параартикулярных мышц и изменению их сократительной способности. Проведенные исследования позволяют дополнить данные об упруговязких свойствах четырехглавой мышцы бедра травмированной конечности и подтвердить научно-методические данные о положительном влиянии средств и методов физической реабилитации на восстановление двигательной функции.
