Особливості навчання елементам без предмета спортсменок, які займаються художньою гімнастикою, на етапі початкової підготовки

Изучены проблемы обучения спортсменок элементам без предмета в художественной гимнастике на этапе начальной подготовки. Проведено анкетирование тренеров относительно данной проблемы, экспертное оценивание выполнения элементов без предмета. В результате анализа научно-методической литературы и анкетирования тренеров, которые готовят гимнасток именно на этом этапе спортивной подготовки, определены основные пути улучшения процесса обучения элементов без предмета. Показаны возможности усовершенствования техники исполнения элементов без предмета при усвоении рационального ритма их выполнения.
