Парадигма оздоровчої рухової активності: теоретичне обґрунтування і практичне застосування

Анотація

Теоретически обоснованы современная парадигма оздоровительной двигательной активности и перспективы ее практического внедрения в Украине. Раскрыто значение двигательной активности для каждой отдельной личности и общества в целом. Установлено, что эта парадигма основана на концепции формирования здоровья личности путем вовлечения ее в здоровый образ жизни, генерирующим фактором которого является двигательная активность.
