Мониторинг состояния пространственной организации тела человека в процессе физического воспитания

Подано результати дослідження, на основі яких виявлено детермінанти, що впливають на формування просторової організації тіла школярів: моніторинг просторової організації тіла, рухова активність, нераціональний статодинамічний режим, стан м’язової системи, що бере участь у регуляції ортоградного положення тіла, ергономічні вимоги до шкільних меблів, одягу та харчування. На основі даних аналізу спеціальної наукової літератури встановлено об’єктивну необхідність розробки підходів, технологій діагностики просторової організації тіла людини для диференціювання фізкультурно-оздоровчих заходів. Моніторинг як складова моніторингу стану соматичного здоров’я є технологією, використання якої дозволяє спостерігати, вимірювати, оцінювати і прогнозувати показники біогеометричного профілю постави, опорно-ресорних властивостей стопи, функціонального стану опорно-рухового апарату і особливостей статури людини в процесі фізичного виховання.Посилання
