Инновационные технологии формирования здорового образа жизни студентов в процессе физического воспитания

Проведено аналіз сучасних інноваційних підходів до здоров’язберігаючої діяльності в умовах
ВНЗ, обґрунтовано і розроблено концепцію формування здорового способу життя студентів у процесі фізичного виховання. Створено ефективну систему сприяння здоров’язбереженню особистості в умовах педагогічної освіти, що реалізується в період навчання у ВНЗ, в ході здійснення професійної діяльності представників сучасної студентської молоді, в основу якої лягла розроблена і апробована концептуальна модель. Запропоновані до використання інноваційні здоров’язберігаючі технології дозволили забезпечити єдність і взаємозв’язок блоків даної моделі з метою сприяння формуванню здорового способу життя особистості студента.
Доведено, що концепцію сприяння здоров’язбереженню особистості можна ефективно реалізовувати в системі педагогічної освіти при високій організаційній культурі педагогічного навчального закладу, підготовленості викладача (педагогічного колективу) до даної роботи, достатньому науково-методичному забезпеченні та застосуванні адекватних поставленим завданням критеріїв оцінки діяльностістудентів.
