Анотація

В данной публикации изложены медико-социальные аспекты черепно-мозговой травмы, рассмотрены клинико-функциональные синдромы посттравматического периода, представлены базовые принципы нейрореабилитации и этапной помощи, освещены современные тенденции и отмечены проблемные вопросы, связанные с коррекцией двигательного дефицита у лиц с последствиями травматического повреждения мозга. Сделано заключение о необходимости разработки системы дифференцированного применения средств и методов физической реабилитации, направленной на восстановление двигательных расстройств после черепно-мозговой травмы
