Представлены пути оптимизации учебного процесса по физической подготовке курсантов. Для решения исследуемого аспекта применен системный подход как средство определения закономерностей и взаимосвязей составляющих системы физической подготовки. Определена взаимообусловленная совокупность способов оптимизации учебного процесса по физической подготовке курсантов для адаптации системы физической подготовки высших военных учебных заведений к современным требованиям тактики ведения воинскими подразделениями и частями боевых действий.
