Особливості динаміки показників фізичного розвитку учнів молодшого шкільного віку в процесі фізичного виховання

Рассмотрено физическое развитие учащихся младших классов г. Киева по соматометрическим (длина и масса тела, ОГК) и функциональным показателям кардиореспираторной системы в состоянии покоя и при функциональных пробах (ЧСС, задержка дыхания на вдохе и на выдохе, ЖЕЛ). Проведена сравнительная характеристика полученных данных с данными других ученых, в результате чего выявлено тенденцию возвращения показателей физического развития младших школьников к периоду 1996 г. Установлено несоответствие и определенный дисбаланс в процессах роста и развития функций и систем киевских школьников, который в большей степени соответствует дисгармоничному уровню физического развития.
